Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking and get a refund, first please send an e-mail to hello@samarawave.com and text us via WhatsApp to +62 823-4098-4686 by telling us your name, booking order and reason for cancellation.
Please note that we are not operating every Monday (Central Indonesian Time), we will contact you as soon as possible on the next working day.

Surf Lesson Refund Policy

For cancellations made 24 hrs or less prior to the commencement of the lesson(s), no amount will be refunded.

For cancellations made between 24 hrs and 1 second to 48 hrs prior to the commencement of the lesson(s), the you will be refunded for 50% of the total lesson package price, with an additional deduction for bank transfer fees.

For cancellations made 48 hrs and 1 second or more prior to the commencement of the lesson(s), you will be refunded for 100% of the total lesson package price with an additional deduction for bank transfer fees.

Cancellation will be determined based on the timestamp of the received email in Central Indonesian Time.
Retreat Refund Policy

For cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the commencement of the retreat, no amount will be refunded.

For cancellations made between 8 to 14 days prior to the commencement of the retreat, the applicant will be refunded for 50% of the total trip package price with an additional deduction for bank transfer fees.

For cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the commencement of the retreat, the applicant will be refunded for 75% of the total trip package price with an additional deduction for bank transfer fees.

For cancellations made 31 days or more prior to the commencement of the retreat, the applicant will be refunded for 100% of the total trip package price with an additional deduction for bank transfer fees.

No-Show Policy

In the case of no-show, we will considered the booking is cancelled and no amount will be refunded.

Refund Policy for Cancellation made by Samara Wave

Samara Wave reserves the right to cancel a booked service for any reason. We will inform you beforehand via WhatsApp and email.

You may transfer your full payment to another lesson or retreat package and date, or you may request a full refund of your payment to us constituting a full settlement.

Refunds will be provided only through the original mode of payment.

Samara Wave is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

No refund is applicable after the lesson or retreat starts.
Refund Terms and Conditions
All requested refund must adhere to these conditions:

The requested party is the registered client who booked the lesson or the retreat, with the same detail as the card or information that was used to purchase the package. We might ask for a proof or identification such as passport or country ID.

Tell us your reason for cancellation or reschedule.

To avoid financial fraud, we will transfer back the amount only through the original mode of payment.

Refund policy stated are subjective to management changes in accordance to offers & promotion applied.
